Terms of Service

Accounts are created and managed by parents or legal guardians. Children do not create their own accounts. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are the parent or legal guardian of any child whose information you provide. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We provide year-round enrichment courses and live, interactive online classes for K-12 students, along with a learning platform, reading and practice tools, gamified progress, and related content. We may add, change, or discontinue features of our services at any time to improve the learning experience.

Course fees, enrollment options, and any applicable taxes are presented before you complete a purchase. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. By enrolling, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees for the course or term you select. Enrollment in a course is for the student named on the corresponding child profile.

We may offer trial classes that allow a student to experience a course before committing to a full enrollment. Trial classes are offered at our discretion, may be limited in number or availability, and do not constitute ongoing enrollment. Any terms specific to a trial class will be presented at the time it is offered.

Requests to cancel or change an enrollment are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, which sets out the non-refundable registration fee and the amounts retained when you withdraw during or after the first week. Where a refund or account credit is issued, it will be applied using the method described in that policy. Contact us if you have questions about a specific enrollment.

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Share account access, course materials, or live-class links with anyone outside your household or enrolled family;
• Disrupt, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our platform, its security, or other users’ accounts;
• Copy, record, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

All course materials, content, software, and branding made available through our services are owned by EiFO Academy or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials solely for the personal, non-commercial educational use of the enrolled student.

We are committed to a safe, respectful learning environment. Students and the parents responsible for them are expected to behave appropriately during live classes and when using our platform. We may remove a participant from a class or suspend access for conduct that is disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of these Terms.

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work to provide high-quality instruction and a reliable platform, we do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that they will achieve any particular educational outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EiFO Academy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the course or term giving rise to the claim.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
