Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

EiFO Academy (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of the families, students, and applicants who use our services. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

  • Account information — parent or guardian name, email address, and phone number used to create and manage your account.
  • Student information — child profile details (such as first name, grade level, and date of birth) that parents add to manage enrollment and learning.
  • Inquiry and application information — details you submit through our contact, enrollment, or teaching-application forms, including any documents you choose to upload.
  • Audio recordings — when a student uses read-aloud practice in the Reading Zone, we record short audio clips of the student reading. With your consent, these recordings are processed by a third-party speech-assessment provider to score reading accuracy, fluency, and pronunciation.
  • Payment information — billing details processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
  • Usage information — technical data such as device and log information collected automatically when you use our platform.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve our courses and platform;
  • Process enrollments, payments, and communications you request;
  • Respond to inquiries and evaluate teaching applications;
  • Send service updates, reminders, and (with your consent) marketing messages;
  • Protect the security and integrity of our services and comply with the law.

Children’s Privacy

Our services are designed to be managed by parents and guardians. Children do not create their own accounts; a parent or guardian provides and controls any student information. We collect children’s information only as needed to provide the educational services requested by the parent, and a parent may review, update, or request deletion of their child’s information at any time by contacting us.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate our platform (such as payment, communications, hosting, and speech-assessment providers), when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the public.

Data Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption of sensitive fields. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You may access or update your account and child-profile information through your account, opt out of marketing communications at any time, and request deletion of your information subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
