Welcome to Literature – Reading with Purpose, Course 2! This engaging and dynamic course is designed to help students develop critical reading skills and deepen their understanding of literature through thoughtful discussion and purposeful analysis.

In small groups of 4-6 students, you will explore a carefully curated selection of texts, ranging from classic works to contemporary pieces. Together, you’ll analyze themes, characters, and literary techniques while honing your ability to read with intention and insight.

Each class session lasts 55 minutes, providing ample time for collaborative activities, guided discussions, and skill-building exercises. The course is divided into three terms, each lasting 12 weeks, offering a comprehensive and structured progression of learning.

By the end of the course, you will not only improve your reading comprehension and analysis skills but also develop a deeper appreciation for literature as a reflection of the human experience.
